Sheffield Special Allocation Primary Care Service

The service provides primary care services to people who have been removed from their mainstream GP Practice following an incident which has been reported to the police. The service is to ensure that any patient removed from a practice has access to essential primary care services.

The service is a temporary home for patients and strives to support patients returning to general practice. Whilst registered, appropriate boundaries and goals are set to achieve a return to mainstream general practice.
